What we did

• •We worked alongside hubley’s developers to turn the existing app skeleton into a production mobile application. Their knowledge of the Microsoft environment helped the teams resolve SharePoint-specific integration issues quickly, while our team adapted the mobile code to work with the services hubley already used.
• •Using React Native, we organized key intranet features into a mobile-friendly interface. Users could review company news, browse the staff directory, and check upcoming events without having to navigate the desktop SharePoint experience from a phone.
• •We built the app to serve more than one customer organization. Company-domain login behavior connected users with the right experience, while configurable content allowed hubley to adapt the product for different client needs without maintaining a separate application for every organization.
• •We added data caching to limit repeated network requests when users returned to the app. This approach reduced network usage and was designed to lower the web-service costs tied to repeatedly loading large sets of user data.
• •The mobile application was ready for hubley’s planned launch date, giving the company a new offering for both existing and prospective SharePoint clients. After the initial release, hubley requested additional features, creating a path for the product to keep evolving with client needs.
