Speedy Eats needed a clear digital experience for a new kind of automated food service. Customers had to be able to browse and order food through a mobile app, while operators needed a web portal to track inventory and manage products across custom vending machines.
The work later expanded from product design to hands-on development in an inherited codebase. The priority was to add operational features without losing sight of the simple customer experience or the detailed controls required behind the scenes.
