What we did

• •Our developers joined Kologik’s Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, and worked directly with its existing development team. Initial knowledge transfer covered both the code and the user-facing application. That product context, combined with regular access to the client’s developers, helped us navigate the large codebase and start addressing assigned work with minimal friction.
• •We contributed within the existing ASP.NET, Oracle, and Vue.js stack, using DBeaver and Azure DevOps as part of the client’s toolset. Working across several systems required frequent context switching, so we followed established workflows and kept communication active as work moved through development and review.
• •The assigned work combined new feature implementation with bug fixes needed for the deadline. We coordinated questions with the client’s developers, followed the patterns already present in the codebase, and prepared each change for the existing quality assurance process. This allowed the temporary team to contribute without creating a separate development workflow.
• •By the deadline, all higher-priority items had been resolved. GrassFed’s contribution included closing seven user stories and two bugs, allowing Kologik to complete more issues than its internal team could have addressed alone during the same period. The engagement provided focused support when added development capacity was most needed.
